Types of data we collect on this site:
When you visit www.quinta.lgbt we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information, such as your email-address. We use that information for a couple of reasons:
· to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about, such as news about The Quinta Project;
· to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information;
· to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.
We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
The program we use to send out e-newsletters collects statistics about email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies. This helps us to monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Please remember that you can unsubscribe from our e-newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the emails or by emailing us at email@example.com .
Although we do not have a physical location as yet, we want to inform you ahead of time about the possible data we may collect in future, for example, when you visit The Quinta Project for an event of workshop. We will update the information prior to this happening.
In future, we may collect data when you purchase an event ticket (or tickets), stay, merchandise, membership or gift voucher(s) online. This data includes your name, address data, email and contact number. When visiting, or taking part in an event, we may additionally ask you for further details, such as food preferences or intolerances and we will ask your consent to store this data to make future visits to us more enjoyable and to provide us with help in improving our events.
We will never knowingly provide non-anonymous data or personal information to other organisations, but we may need to collect and make other data available in an anonymised form to organise some events. For example, we may pass on anonymous information about the number of people attending, food choices or intolerances to our caterers or other information we ask may when you are registering for an event. If, at any time, you are concerned about how we use such data, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be assured that we never share your personal details with any other organisation or businesses, other than those who may be involved in running or catering for a specific event.
